What are your office hours?
We're open Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We're closed Sundays. Those evening and weekend hours are deliberate: most of our clients work during the day, and taxes shouldn't cost you a vacation day.
Do you work with clients outside of Georgia?
Yes. We're based in Georgia and serve clients nationwide. Virtual appointments and our secure Taxes2Go client portal mean your location is never a barrier, whether you're across town or across the country.
How do I get my tax documents to you?
Most clients use our secure Taxes2Go client portal: snap photos of your documents with your phone and upload them in minutes. We'll tell you exactly which documents we need. If you'd rather hand them over in person, you're welcome to book an in-office appointment instead.
What happens if there's a mistake on my return?
We fix it. If a mistake is ever made on a return we prepared, we do what is right and correct it. That commitment is in writing, and it's the standard we hold ourselves to on every return, no matter how simple or complex.
Can you help if I'm behind on taxes or struggling with debt?
Absolutely, and without judgment. Our debt solution planning service reviews your current obligations, builds a realistic repayment strategy, and maps a path toward financial freedom. Many people put this off out of embarrassment. You won't find any of that here.
What services do you offer besides tax preparation?
